I am 51 years old woman with Fibromyalgia. I can’t tell you how much your platform has helped my mobility and pain I experience on a daily basis. I am finding on my rest days I am doing your longer mobility videos to keep me moving smoothly with a lot of less pain. ❤

Julia, you’re the best. i have a syndrome that affects my neck and shoulders but since starting your videos my physio noticed crazy improvements and asked me what I was doing and your video is the only change to my routine!
